I HIGHLY recommend Lone Wolf!!!! We just had a new roof installed. I met with 8 roofing companies plus received several other bids through the LDI portal. The difference is they go into great detail on what they do and why they do it. They educate the consumer to make the best decision. Everyone my wife and I encountered are friendly, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. They tell you what they are going to do and they do it. The outstanding staff includes Clare the owner who personally called me. Dylan & Dillan C who led the charge on getting the project started and completed as promised. Dylan was on premise the entire time and gave me text updates with any extra details that needed to be handled. The roofing supplier truck did not show up so they went and picked up the materials and brought it back so the project was not stopped. Chad was our original contact who provided the quote during our meeting. No other company did an inspection and provided the quote in the same appointment.Thank you Chad!!!! We had 2 minor repair issues during the old roof demo and both got handled with no issues!!! We cannot say enough great things about the service, price, friendly staff and Christian values they bring! Lone Wolf is bringing a whole new attitude and high level experience to the home improvement industry!!
