What Does "Apples to Apples" Mean?

For a fair price comparison, the quotes need to cover the same or comparable work.

That means we may need to look at things such as:

The work included in the quote
Roofing material and product
Roof size and areas being replaced
Removal of the existing roof
Underlayment and other parts of the roofing system
Flashing and ventilation work
Cleanup and disposal
Warranty coverage
Other work included or excluded from the price
