What Does the 100-Year Warranty Cover?

Our warranty covers faulty or improper workmanship from our installation.

If something wasn’t installed properly and our workmanship causes a covered problem or damage, our workmanship warranty applies.

The 100 years refers to our workmanship coverage, not how long the roofing material itself is expected to last.

This covers eligible roofing materials and may include additional protection depending on the manufacturer, roofing system, and warranty option you choose.

For example, GAF offers different warranty levels for qualifying roofing systems. These warranties are separate from our workmanship warranty.

Is this a GAF warranty?

No. This is Lone Wolf Roofing’s workmanship warranty. GAF and other manufacturer warranties are separate.

What happens if there is a workmanship problem?

If a covered problem or damage is caused by faulty or improper workmanship from our installation, it falls under our workmanship warranty.

Can I transfer the warranty if I sell my home?

Yes. The workmanship warranty can be transferred one time to the next homeowner.
