Clare built Lone Wolf Roofing on something most roofing companies skip: genuine care. She's a Mount Carmel Academy graduate, a state champion soccer player, and a practicing Certified Registered Nurse. Dillan runs every Lone Wolf Roofing project from the day it starts to the day it's done. That means keeping crews on schedule, materials on site, and every install up to code, so nothing falls through the cracks between the sales call and the finished roof. At home, he's a devoted father to Hunter and baby Chase, and husband to Becky. He brings the same steady, all-in approach to both.

Daniel is a South Louisiana native with over a decade of experience in the roofing industry, and he leads sales the way he'd want to be treated: honestly, clearly, and without pressure. For Daniel, a sale isn't the finish line, it's the start of a relationship. His two young children are his biggest motivation, and his faith, Jesus is King, guides how he shows up for customers and coworkers alike.

Eric was born and raised on the bayous of South Louisiana, and he carries that Cajun heritage with him every day. Before Lone Wolf, he worked as a welder, and that blue-collar background means he actually knows what he's talking about when he's on your roof, not just reciting a script. He joined Lone Wolf to help homeowners protect their families, guided by a verse he lives by, Colossians 3:23: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord."

Around the office, everyone just calls him JJ. He keeps every Lone Wolf Roofing project on track, coordinating crews, schedules, and homeowners from the first day to the last. Outside of work, JJ spends time with family, stays active, and gets lost in a good book. He believes in never stopping learning, and it shows in how he handles every job site and every homeowner.

Clare's three sons, Eli, Drew, and Wyatt, like to think they run the place too, at least when they visit the office. They're too young for hard hats, but not too young to remind all of us why we do this: to build something worth handing down.
