We Recently chose Lone Wolf Roofing to do a Fortified Roof Replacement on our Home in New Orleans. I want to take a moment to share a few key Points from the Experience. 1) From the Time The Lady in the Office (Ronny I believe was her name) spoke with My Wife about our Concerns to Completed Project it went Exactly how the Rep told us it would go. 2) Paul the Sales Rep was Scheduled to come out the Following Morning. Paul Showed up on Time and Listened to our Concerns. He Addressed Each concern we had by Explaining in Detail the Solution he Recommended. He had Samples and Showed all Products he would Recommend. 3) We Selected them to Do our Roof and our Siding. 4) Clare from the Lone Wolf Office Called us that same day the Contract was saved and Scheduled the Project the Next Available day that we were off from work. 5) The Project Started...At 7:00 A.M. The exact time that Clare told us the team would arrive they DID! We have done plenty of Construction projects and I am not Certain I have had this happen before. 6) There was a Project Manager that arrived on site and was on the job until Project was completed to make sure it matched the Standard they Promised. The Manager took Photos of Every Aspect of the Job. The Owner was on the Job Site 3-4 Times each day. 7) Job Completion. 8) I have never saw a Cleanup process like it before. The Company had 12 Employees on hands and Knees to make sure it was fully Cleaned up. They used 4 of these Nail Machines to make sure all Nails were picked up also. Needless to say the Property was Cleaner after the job then before! If you are in the Market for a Roofing Contractor in New Orleans or a Siding Contractor in New Orleans Please take my word and Hire Lone Wolf Roofing. They are already doing 3 other Roof Replacements on my Street!

I was impressed that they arrived bright and early to start the job and got it all finished in one day. They came back the next day to do a thorough cleaning. I’m always worried about unexpected costs when doing a major project like this, so I was very happy that we came in on the budget. I ended up needing a couple of pieces of decking replaced but it was minimal extra expense. They said they get a big discount from their supplier on roof decking and pass it along. Their pricing was in line with other companies. One thing I picked up on was that they are selling a complete GAF roof system, whereas other guys were just giving shingles and all the other components were generic. A roof is a big investment so I’m glad to have piece of mind in that GAF is standing behind the work. I appreciated that they weren’t high pressure in getting me to sign a contract.

I HIGHLY recommend Lone Wolf!!!!  We just had a new roof installed.  I met with 8 roofing companies plus received several other bids through the LDI portal.  The difference is they go into great detail on what they do and why they do it.  They educate the consumer to make the best decision.  Everyone my wife and I encountered are friendly, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable.  They tell you what they are going to do and they do it.  The outstanding staff includes Clare the owner who personally called me.  Dylan & Dillan C who led the charge on getting the project started and completed as promised.  Dylan was on premise the entire time and gave me text updates with any extra details that needed to be handled.  The roofing supplier truck did not show up so they went and picked up the materials and brought it back so the project was not stopped.  Chad was our original contact who provided the quote during our meeting.  No other company did an inspection and provided the quote in the same appointment.Thank you Chad!!!! We had 2 minor repair issues during the old roof demo and both got handled with no issues!!!  We cannot say enough great things about the service, price, friendly staff and Christian values they bring! Lone Wolf is bringing a whole new attitude and high level experience to the home improvement industry!!

I hired Lone Wolf Roofing to Install a Fortified Roof on My Mothers Home Uptown New Orleans and The work was Remarkable. The Owner was at the Job Site to bring my Mother Coffee and drink it on her Porche with her before the work began. ( My Mother is 84 Years old and was Very Nervous having this done).  My Mother has told Every Neighbor of this work and I could not give a better Rating. The Experience was more than I could Imagine from a Construction Site. The Pool was Covered, The Plants were Covered, The AC Platforms were covered Properly, All of the Neighbors were notified and the Project Manager Made Sure He Swept with a Nail Tool all day throughout the day not only on My Moms Property but the Neighbors and the Street as well. The Job was Left Spotless. Needless to say, We will be Calling Lone Wolf later this Year to Replace the Siding.
